Continue to use lights when you are
out after dark. Next year we will be selling flashing lights to be used when
you are out after dark.
Our Security person was introduced,
her name is Diane and she will be going around the park a couple times a night.
You may see her on the golf cart with the yellow light or in her car or
walking. She was asked if she has a local number and she does not. Sam will
contact Barb about this. Also it was brought up about walking on towards
traffic however that is not always the best idea.
Both Fountains are now working on the
pond. However, resident are still complaining about the smell in the area.
HOA Listens final time for the years
is March 29, 9 am to noon at Baker Hall.
New
Business:
Steve has asked something from us,
when folks are using the Halls and are not taking out the trash. You need to take the trash to the dumpsters;
this does not mean putting it in the recycling container outside the builds. One
other problem relating to this, when there are parties, please keep the doors
closed as there have been complaints about the loudness of the music. At Baker Hall
people are going out to smoke or just leave the doors open and the music is
turned up we need to be mindful of people around you. Quiet hours does begin at
10:00 pm, but be considerate of your neighbors. Also a discussion if you have
reserved the building, That the rules would be understood.
Sam reported our Insurance bill only
came in at $254.54 for D&O Insurance and Liability.
Remember before you leave for the
summer to clean up around you unit, put everything away that could go blow
around. Best rule of thumb is if it is not planted or fix to the ground it
needs to be put away, or it may be gone when you come back.
The exercise equipment has been moved
to the Laundry Room that is connected to Rec Hall 1. They are no longer any
equipment at the Key Club.
Issues from the Floor
The Easter Bunny will be around the
park on Easter Morning handing out candy and pictures will be available.
Discussion on who can attend our
Homeowners Meeting, Sam explained everyone (Homeowners, RV’ers) is encouraged
to come and find out what we are doing.
Please be very careful we have
grandchildren visiting our park so be sure to slow down. But, also remember you
must have a driver’s license to drive a golf cart or motorized vehicle in the
park.
The dirt at the back south corner by
the railroad tracks it not for everyone in the park. Please leave it where it
is. That is a dog walk area.
Discussion on if Baker Hall would be
getting a Defibrillator. Sam would bring this up to Barb.
Motion to adjourn made by Joanne
Small, 2nd by John Kirk, all in favor
50/50 Drawing won by Mary Royan, congratulations
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Special Announcement
The park has put in stop signs at each corner, this is to slow people down. Nothing else has worked and if this does not work we may be looking at rumble strips. Please pay attention and follow the rules. Please let any one that does not have email or computer and let them know of the change.
Thank you
Sam

Unfinished
Business:
Defibrillator Classes: are available in
February, also if you have a group that would like to have it offered please
let Sam knows.
Lights on after Dark this was gone last year
and we need to do this for safety reasons
Reflectors at the Entrances: Barb tried to do
this with sticks but this did not work and she is getting the tapes as
promised.
Security we are still working at getting a
golf cart with yellow light to be around the park to make it more visible.
Keyless Lock on Baker Hall, it looks like it
is going to be still a fight. Barb does not feel we need it. But this is not
something I am going to let drop.
Pond Fountain is not working, Dave is trying
but he has run into problems with county on it
HOA Listens: This has been working quite
well, do you want me to continue.
New
Business:
It has been requested that they put lights
for the Petanque Court; Barb is going to check if it can be done by connecting
to the pump house or pool area.
This year I have received severe complaints
about loud music and parties. Please just be aware of other people. If it is
loud enough for your neighbors to hear we need to turn it down. We are all here
to have a good time and most started as campers and look forward together with
friends and having a good time, I included.
Parking or standing in the roadway, no
blocking the roadway, please is aware of your friends around you.
I went to Barb about a complaint on how some
of the storage areas have become very shabby. This was brought to our attention
from someone going through the park, looking at possibly renting a spot and
made these comments. That a motor home in the back looked abandoned and where
the boats are that they had junk piled up and tables & chairs. When I talked
to Barb she said that is just their man cave. I said sorry if this is going to
drive people away this needs to be cleaned up.
Insurance Renewal for the Board, after review
with the insurance company they go by how many members and I counted all mobile
and they said only paid members so our premium has been dropped to under
$500.00. I have not received the modified bill.
This is
very important that everyone cleans up around your lot before you leave for the
season.
Everything must be put away or it may be thrown away. Remember it could fly
into yours or your neighbor’s trailer when we get high winds. If you have put
out mulch, lava rock or stones you are responsible for keeping them weeded why
you are gone.
Election of Board of Directors

decided to step down from the board.
